Rico Blanco is a talented Filipino singer-songwriter, record producer, actor and entrepreneur. He plays multiple instruments, including keyboards, synthesizer, drums, bass and guitars. Born as Rico Rene Granados Blanco in the Manila, Philippines, he was a founding member of the rock band Rivermaya in 1993 before leaving the group in 2007 to launch a clothing line and pursue a solo career. He was named “Vocalist of the Year” at the NU Rock Awards in 2008. Watch the music video of his song “Ayuz”.
