Im Soo Jung is a celebrated South Korean actress who has won numerous Best Actress awards. Born on July 11, 1979, she began her career as a magazine model in the late 1990s. She branched into acting in the 2001 television series “School 4,” but it was the 2003 film “A Tale of Two Sisters” that catapulted her to stardom and garnered many Best Actress awards. She has starred mostly in films since then, including her award-winning roles in “Lump Sugar” (2006), “I’m a Cyborg, But That’s OK” (2006), “Happiness” (2007) and “All About My Wife” (2012). Im Soo Jung’s starring role in the 2017 television drama “Chicago Typewriter” marked her return to the small screen for the first time in 13 years after “I’m Sorry, I Love You” in 2004.

Teaching mathematics at the prestigious Ahseong High School, Ji Yoon Soo (Im Soo Jung) loves her job almost as much as she loves math. A good-natured woman, with a tenacity that is always driving her forward, Yoon Soo is an excellent teacher who loves to share her fondness for math with her students. At the same table in a café in Seoul, four different women meet four different people to hold some difficult conversations that provide a glimpse into their complicated lives.

As Chang Suk tries to get Yoo Jin to admit that they were “more than just friends,” Yoo Jin begins to wonder what his ulterior motive is for wanting to reconnect with her.
