Korean girl group T-ara will turn into zombies for a new music video for their song "Lovey-Dovey," according to their agency Core Contents Media. Core Contents announced through a press release on Friday that the zombie version to T-ara's "Lovey-Dovey" will be revealed on January 10. The second version, which will be similar to the music video "Thriller" by the late Michael Jackson, will show the girls dancing in a club before a zombie comes and infects the members. It will also feature an appearance by actress Im Su-hyang. Korean female idols T-ara will reveal a new Japanese single in two months time, according to their official Japanese website. On Wednesday, their website showed that the girls will release their third single which will be produced in three editions on February 29 of next year. The upcoming album will feature the Japanese version of their hit song "Roly-Poly" and the music video to the dance tune. Locally, the girls took home several wins for "Roly-Poly" on various televised music programs as well as topping a number of online music charts upon its release in July. The leader of seven-member girl group T-ara will be changed from Hyomin to Soyeon, according to a press release by their agency Core Contents Media on Wednesday. "Soyeon will be the leader of the group while they promote their song 'Lovey-Dovey' starting January 1," Core Contents said of the tune which will be in their repackaged album. The statement then explained, "Soyeon is the type with a strong sense of responsibility and the main vocalist of her team so she will now be leader." Girl group T-ara member Jiyeon will be one of the female lead characters to the new season of TV series "Dream High." Jiyeon met with the director of the show over the weekend for final talks on her role after which she decided to take on "Dream High 2," a press release by her agency Core Contents Media said on Monday. K-pop idol Eunjung of girl group T-ara fell from a horse yesterday while shooting her upcoming TV series but is okay, according to her agency Core Contents Media. An official with Core Contents told 10Asia on Tuesday that results of an examination Eunjung underwent immediately after the fall showed that she will be fine, despite a few minor injuries. Girl group T-ara will hold a series of concerts in Japan in December in time with Christmas, the girls' Japanese website has shown. The website stated on Saturday that the "T-ara X'mas Premium LIVE" will be held at Tokyo's Shinagawa Stella Ball on December 20, Nagoya's Zepp Nagoya the following day and Osaka's Zepp Osaka the day after that. The website then explained that only purchaser's of T-ara's latest single "Yayaya," which is set to go on sale in the country on November 30, will be able to sign up for the concert. Female idol Eunjung of girl group T-ara has been confirmed for an upcoming historical drama, according to her agency Core Contents Media. On Friday, Core Contents announced in a press release that Eunjung will play the early years of Joseon Dynasty's Queen Sohye in the series tentatively titled "Queen Insu" set to premiere in early December. The press release added that Eunjung decided to take on the role of Queen Sohye after reading the synopsis for the saga. An official with her agency Core Contents Media told 10Asia over the phone on Thursday that Eunjung has been asked to play Joseon Dynasty's Queen Sohye in the series tentatively titled "Queen Insu."
