[10] T-ara Eunjung okay after horse fall

K-pop idol Eunjung of girl group T-ara fell from a horse yesterday while shooting her upcoming TV series but is okay, according to her agency Core Contents Media.

An official with Core Contents told 10Asia on Tuesday that results of an examination Eunjung underwent immediately after the fall showed that she will be fine, despite a few minor injuries.

"She injured her hip so she'll be receiving physical therapy until she fully recovers," the official said of the accident which occured while Eunjung was acting out a scene for JoongAng Ilbo's new general programming cable channel jTBC "Queen Insu" (translated title).

The official then added that Eunjung is back to filming the show and that the accident will not affect T-ara's comeback performance on Mnet's "M! CountDown" on Thursday.

In "Queen Insu," based on the life of Joseon Dynasty's Queen Sohye, Eunjung was cast to play Queen Sohye during her early years while actress Chae Si-ra will take on her older days. The show is set to premiere in early December.

In the meantime, T-ara is gearing up to make their comeback to the music scene with their title track "Cry Cry," from their new mini-album "Black Eyes."

Having made her debut as a child actor in the early 1990s, Eunjung has appeared in various roles including SBS TV series "Coffee House" (2010), KBS' music drama "Dream High" (2011) and films "Death Bell" (2008) and "White" (2011).

She is also in a make-believe marriage with actor Lee Jang-woo for MBC's reality TV show "We Got Married."
