Note to Moderators:
There are many channels that have so many moderators but only some are actively helping.
If you do not help with at least some tasks you should drop yourself from being a moderator. There are too many channels that people volunteer to become moderator and they just become the avatar on the main page.
Even if you can help with a few tasks, your help is appreciated.

These are the tasks that should be shared by the Manager/Mods.
help with uploading
back up loading
opening accounts for our uploaders if necessary
contacting segmenters
contacting subbers
segmenting if possible
policing the site for foul language
actively commenting and participating in the channels activities
