Dr. Champ is a sport medical drama, which deals with the world of sport through the eyes of the physician in charge of national sport team. Kim Yeon-Woo (Kim So-Yeon) is an orthopedist who disclosed a professor's medical malpractice and lost her job. She then gets a job for the Korea National Training Center working with the athletes as a doctor. A love line then grows between Dr. Kim Yeon-Woo and Park Ji-Heon (Jeong Kyeo-Woon) and the head of the medical department Lee Do-Ok (Uhm Tae-Woong)
