In Syndrome, Dr. Hae Jo is described as possessing an extraordinary mind and a warm heart. While she devotes her energy into saving her patients' lives, her personal life is not without drama, as she becomes involved in a love triangle with two colleagues, played by Song Chang Eui and Park Gun Hyung.
