The drama is based on the novel of the same name by Lee Sun-mi. It is the story of a tomboyish girl (Go Eun-Chan) who disguises herself as a man to work at Coffee Prince, where she falls in love with the cafe's owner, Choi Han-Kyul. She hides her feelings and her gender to keep her job and stay close to Han-Kyul, but eventually the truth must be revealed.
