[10] SBS "The Warrior, Baek Dong-soo" nabs 2nd win

SBS' historical series "The Warrior, Baek Dong-soo" continued to bring in high viewership ratings, grabbing it second consecutive win during the fourth week of July.

Data released by TNmS (Total National Multimedia Statistics) on Wednesday showed that "Baek Dong-soo," starring Ji Chang-wook and Yoo Seung-ho, scored an average viewership rating of 18.2 percent this week, showing an increase of 2.4 percentage points compared to the previous week.

However, "Baek Dong-soo" saw lower ratings on AGB Nielsen Media Research's chart, recording an average viewership rating of 15.6 percent.

This week's episode focused on how Baek Dong-soo (Ji) figured out that the herbalist that he met was actually Kim Kwang-taek (Jeon Gwang-ryeol).

MBC's new series "Gyebaek," starring Lee Seo-jin, Cho Jae-hyun, Cha In-pyo, Oh Yun-soo and T-ara member Hyomin, showed promise on the primetime lineup with viewership ratings in the eight to ten percent range on both TV charts.

KBS' romantic comedy "Spy Myung-wol," featuring Han Ye-seul and Shinhwa's Eric, continued to fall behind with ratings in the low five to eight percent range.
