
SBS' historical series "The Warrior, Baek Dong-soo" continued to stay the most-popular drama on Monday and Tuesday nights, rolling past its competition in the same time slot for the fourth consecutive week.
According to statistics released by TNmS (Total National Multimedia Statistics) on Friday, "Baek Dong-soo," starring Ji Chang-wook and Yoo Seung-ho, brought in an average viewership rating of 16.5 percent, showing a decrease by an average of 0.6 percentage points from the previous week.
Figures by AGB Nielsen Media Research revealed slightly lower ratings for the drama as well, recording a mean score of 16 percent, indicating a drop of 0.9 points from last week.
This week's episode focused on how Sadosaeja (Oh Man-seok) was able to escape his death from the rice-bin and how Baek Dong-soo (Ji) was overcome with sadness thinking that he had died.
MBC's historical drama "Gyebaek" maintained its position as the second most-watched show in the primetime lineup with its ratings standing in the nine to 13 percent range, while KBS' show "Spy Myung-wol" recorded marks in the seven to eight percent range.
