Regarding the plug-in problems, Viikii has had some issues with it recently, I've contacted Viikiihelpler and they are working on the issue. If your plug in isn't working here are some things you can try: uninstall it and then install it again, refresh the page, change your internet browser, update your plug in. Please contact Viikiihelper directly with issues about the plug in or me if its only a part of DWL specifically that isn't working.
