Korean actor Jung Il-woo may take on a role in an upcoming historical series, according to his agency fantagio.
An official with fantagio told 10Asia on Tuesday that Jung was offered to play Yang Myung-gun in MBC's "The Moon Bearing the Sun" (translated title) set to air next month.
The official then explained, "We are still in discussions on Jung's appearance in the show and will announce his decision on a later date."
