I do not understand why our subbers keep breaking the rules?! I have countless times pmed, emailed all of you through our moderators to tell you all that:

1.If you are a Chi-Eng subber, then you have to wait until one part is completely segmented and a message is left on the video or on the main channel saying something like ''video segmented or part 1 segmented''

2. If you are an other language translator then you have to wait until the STOP avatar is taken down.


All of you need to understand that

if the chi subbers dont follow this ONE rule then they cause a lag for the segmenters who get disheartened and leave the segmenting in the middle of the video.

and if the other language subbers translate while the STOP sign is on, then they cause a lag for the chi-subbers and dishearten them from subbing.
