Actress Lee Ji-ah's agency Key East Entertainment confirmed yesterday that Lee Ji-ah is "indeed the granddaughter of a notable figure in the Korean educational industry, Kim Soon-heung". The news places Lee as a member of one of Seoul's most influential families from the days of Korea's liberation from Japan. The female celebrity's grandfather donated a large sum of money in 1976 for the creation of the famed Seoul Arts High School. Actress E Ji-ah is considering a role in an upcoming TV series set to air on major broadcasting channel MBC. An official at E's agency KEYEAST told 10Asia over the phone on Friday, "It is true that she's looking into the role but [her appearance] hasn't been set." The upcoming MBC drama, named "The Return of the Queen" (translated title), will be written by Kim Do-woo of smash hit series "My Name is Kim Sam-soon" (MBC, 2005) and directed by Koh Dong-sun of Ko Dong-sun of "Queen of Housewives" (MBC, 2009). Hallyu star Ryu Si-won visited Iwate of Japan over the weekend, taking part in a relief event to help the region and people affected by the disastrous earthquake which hit the country in March. R's Company announced in a press release on Monday that Ryu was invited as a special guest in the relief event held on July 2 which was hosted by Japan's NHK drama "Donde Bare" stars Japanese actress Higa Manami and actor Uchida Asahi. Hello everyone, I am posting a little survey if we should replace the youtube source videos. Please post your comments below whether you agree or disagree if we should replace the youtube source videos. We will make our decision before we upload the latest episodes. It has been on my mind since the episode when he brought it up. That simple sentence "I need to let her know what type of man I am" Had my brain ticking ever since. Now there are the obvious possibilities but I am trying not to go there because I think he is a good match and has great chemistry with Lee Seo Jung. By the way I don't know why she likes Chef!
