Are you going to fix the broken links any time soon?
Yes. We just started the grueling project of fixing the videos. Please be patient, as we are just volunteers. We don't get paid or get special rewards for doing any of this stuff.
Why can't I watch any of the videos?
Either they are broken, or your computer is broken. We are currently working on fixing any broken links, so that may be the problem. However, we can't help you if the problem is your computer (as we aren't the Geek Squad). If you can't watch episodes on other channels either, contact Viki. They are paid to help you.
I asked a question on the Channel page, why haven't you guys replied yet?
Since this drama is pretty much completed, we don't check the channel page very often. It may be a while before anyone replies to your comment. If there is anything important that you need to contact us about, you can always contact either the Manager (MaroonCape) or one of our awesome moderators.
I want to help out by subtitling this drama into another language. How do I?
It's wonderful that you would like to work with us. We would love to have you. If you're going to subtitle into another language, though, we'd really like you to let us know before you do so. That way we know you're not a spammer or something. ^.^
What are a moderators responsibilities and how can I be one?
For each language, they have seperate teams. Moderators moderate comments so that our channel is safe for all ages and without spoilers. They create channel pages for the language that they are fluent in (other than English), and work with the subbers to produce accurate subtitles. You can become a moderator by PMing the manager (MaroonCape) and letting her know that you are interested in becoming one. Please note that you have to be fluent in the language you wish to moderate in.
I have a video related to this show that I would like to put in the videos, how can I do that?
Send the link and description of the video to the manager or a moderator. They will decide whether or not it is an appropriate video to add to our channel.
I looked through all these questions, but it still doesn't answer mine. Who should I ask?
