4. Write down translation and subtitle notes for this series.
5. Recruit an English editor to start perfecting the English Subtitles.
6. Recruit moderators for various languages.
7. Recruit subbers for various languages.
8. Recruit segmenters.
9. Readjust the segments so that they are in time with the reuploaded videos.
10. Promote channel.
