Team Responsibilities
The following list details the responsibilities of each member of the team. Please do not ask to be added to the team if you are not willing to do the things required of the member.
Managers - Manage the team and work to resolve problems with the videos, subtitles, and more.
Moderators - Leads the subtitling team in their language. Moderates comments on both the channel page and the videos. Manages the channel page in their language. Helps to recruit subbers in their own language.
(Example: A Spanish Moderator would recruit subbers that can subtitle the drama into Spanish.)
Segmenters - Fixes the segments on the videos so that they go with the audio.
Subtitlers - Translate the audio into other languages.
Editors - Fixes grammar mistakes and makes the subtitles easy to read in their own language.
Uploaders - Upload new videos as well as reupload broken videos.
