[10] Kim Hyun-joong to release signature necklace with famed designer

Korean singer-actor Kim Hyun-joong has worked with famed jewelry designer Justin Davis to create his signature necklace, according to a press release from his agency KEYEAST on Thursday.

KEYEAST said that Kim has collaborated with Davis to release his signature necklace which is designed with his initials "HJ" and will become available in select Japanese department stores in mid-December and other countries at a later date.

"Kim took part in the whole process in designing the necklace and he seems to have a keen sense of style," an associate with Justin Davis was quoted as saying.

Justin Davis is the founder of his own jewelry line Justin Davis Jewelry and has worked with a number of A-list celebrities including Eminem, Paris Hilton, Amuro Namie and Hamasaki Ayumi.

Kim made his debut as the leader of the popular boy band SS501 in 2005. He expanded his career into acting with a role in KBS' smash hit series "Boys Over Flowers" in 2009, which made him a household name in Korea and Asia.

He started on his solo singing career with his first mini-album "Break Down" this year and followed it up with "Lucky" in October. He also toured several countries in Asia and recently wrapped up his eight-city tour.
