
SBS' melodrama "Thousand Days Promise," starring Kim Rae-won and Soo-ae, was the No. 1 show for its sixth consecutive win during the fourth week of November despite its slight drop in TV ratings.
On Wednesday, data by TNmS (Total National Multimedia Statistics) showed that "Promise" posted an average rating of 15.5 percent which is a decrease of half a percentage point compared to last week.
"Promise" also topped AGB Nielsen Media Research's survey though its figures revealed that the series pulled in an average rating of 17.1 percent.
This week's episode focused on Hyang-ki (Jung Yu-mi) hearing about Ji-hyung (Kim) and Soo-yeon's (Soo-ae) marriage plans.
Meanwhile, MBC's historical saga "Gyebaek" ended its four-month run this week in second place with ratings in the ten to 13 percent range.
New series "Light and Shadow" (translated title) which stars Ahn Jae-wook, Son Dambi and Nam Sang-mi will take on the Monday and Tuesday primetime lineup starting next week.
KBS' medical drama "Brain," starring Shin Ha-kyun and Choi Jung-won, came in at No. 3 after earning viewership ratings in the nine percentile range on both charts.
