Ha Ji-won, Lee Seung-gi, Yoon Je-moon, Lee Yoon-ji, Jo Jeong-seok and others met at MBC's Ilsan Dream Center on the 26th last month for the script reading of "King 2 Hearts". The reading went on for four hours but none of the actors or actresses seemed tired and they all participated with enthusiasm. As the female North Korean Special Forces sergeant, Ha Ji-won's North Korean dialect was fluently spoken and the crew complimented her. Lee Seung-gi appeared in a neat suit. While making active hand gestures all throughout the reading, he was very passionate about the drama and was taking it seriously. Yoon Je-moon showed off his unique charismatic appeal. Article below was written as a joke targetting Commision that banned "A Thousand Kisses". So I advise not to take this seriously, but have fun during this gloomy November day (or night). I prepared the list (with help of some readers on the blog) of dramas, that Comission board may take under the consideration of banning. And when you're on it, ban pepero sticks (phallic symbols), ice-creams (OMG!!), lollipops etc. and create the enforce law that would put everyone under zen meditation to get rid of all emotions. Oh noez, I forgot, it was already done. The movie was called "Equilibrium", there was a drug injection. You remember how it ended, dear Cosmic Nonsense Commision? Of course,... More

Korean female idols Girls' Generation and ballad singer Lee Seung-gi were No. 1 on televised music programs over the weekend. The girls' title track "The Boys," from their third full-length album, was the top song on KBS' Friday music show "Music Bank" for the fourth straight week and Lee Seung-gi took home his first Mutizen Award on SBS' Sunday program "Inkigayo" for his song "Friends." The girls thanked everyone at their agency including SM Entertainment's C.E.O Lee Soo-man and SONEs [official name of Girls' Generation's fans]. "It's been a while since I had to make a speech for winning an award on a televised music program," Lee said in his acceptance speech on Sunday, adding that... More

5th album: My music used to be based on traditional ballad and attempts were made at the rock or dance genres on the outside. But there won't be any typical Lee Seung-gi type ballads this time. There'll be band-like and unique sounds and the songs will be faster than the ballads so they'll be fun tunes to sing along to. I'm not good at dancing nor good at playing instruments. So instead, I tried to show refreshing sides to myself as a vocalist. You'll be able to tell if you listen to the entire album but I tried to change my style of singing for each song. "Dating Time" (translated title): There was no narration and rap to the first draft of "Dating Time" but I started thinking that we... More
