Rachel and Farel have been close friends since childhood. But one day, Farel meets Luna and falls head-over-heals in love with her. Rachel is overcome by a feeling of jealousy toward Luna, a feeling surprises her. Then tragedy strikes when Rachel gets into an accident, which results in the amputation of both Rachel’s legs. Meanwhile, Luna succumbs to an illness requiring a liver transplant, and she is admitted to the same hospital with Rachel.
