A lighthouse keeper finds an injured seal and brings it back to his children to nurse back to health. As they take care of the seal, which they name Sandy, the family grows attached to the mammal. But the family soon learns that a sinister group of illegal seal poachers are out to get Sandy and the other seals in the coastal town to pedal on the black market. Sandy’s adopted family is determined to rid the town of the illegal poachers and save all the seals.
