Armed with great artistic ability and unmatched creativity, Tae Baek works for a small sign company to make ends meet while he weathers the rejections from job interviews. Tae Baek meets Baek Ji Yoon, a young copywriting intern at a major ad agency who is just as driven to work her way to the top using only her skills instead of her family connections. But she is run ragged by Go Ah Ri, the art director, who shares a past with Tae Baek but has tried to leave her unsophisticated past behind her to make it in the big city. Ah Ri, in turn, is pushed by her boss, Eddie Kang, an award-winning ad executive. Can Tae Baek prove that talent alone can get you to the top?
