Two scientists – one from South Korea and one from North Korea – fall in love while helping their two countries develop a powerful new fuel source. In a new era of cooperation, the two Koreas become a unified peninsula. But hardliners want to see the alliance fail and will stop at nothing to divide the fragile new country.
