Psychic Alison Mundy (Lesley Sharp) is haunted by the ghost of her mother until she is finally driven to madness. Psychologist Robert Bridge, an expert on psychic mediums, tries to help Alison deal with her mother’s ghost by tracking down her estranged father to uncover clues to the mother-daughter relationship.
