I love to learn about different cultures. When I'm interested in a language I investigate the cultures of the people who speak the language. I was like this when i began studying Spanish& I'm almost fluent but I'm still studying. I'm now interested in Korean but i have no way to really learn the language. I learnt the alphabet and a few words (thanks to Viki) but I can't speak it; and because I am living in the Bahamas where there are no classes where I can go to to learn the language, and there is no one here to teach me it makes it harder.

My first language is English, its the language that I spoke all my l ife. In the Bahamas, a broken-english dialect is spoken amoung natives. However, just about everyone can speak the standard English. Our Bahamian dialect just inspire short cut sentences.
I have been studying the Spanish language on and off for three years. I know enough to indulge in simple conversations and to get around a spanish speaking town on my own. I still have some work to do though, but I hope to learn Spanish fluently and Korean in the future so that I'd be able to become a Viki subber.
