      oh soso you have to do it every week no missing eps first choose your dedicating subbers second set a time table third get rid off the lazy ones you are better without them , put a backup translators . try to make them exiting by every mean really so my advice for you is organizing and organizing and organizing and if you dont like something just tell to that person love you soso and i wish you luck love~~~~~~~~~~~~
