Not a problem! Alright, to help sub, you don't need to be authorized whatsoever. When you click a certain video, on the upper right side, you'll see boxes that say (Details, Discussion, Caption & Subtitle). Click the Caption and Subtitle box and you'll see small boxes. If you see them, that means, the video is being segmented. PS: You can only put subtitles if the video is SEGMENTED, and if you don't see any boxes, then you can't do anything. You'll have to wait for other people to segment it. Now, to sub. You'll have to match what the person is saying on the segmented box. When you start subbing, you'll know what I mean. By the way, if the segments are long, let me know so I could break it down. Special information you need to know:
