you must mean KSR? yes, if not downloaded/added, we couldn't do subbing at all. if they are on the channel, that means the subbing is 100%, so the videos should work. sometime i refresh it, and it works. i hope it works for you, too ^^

hi, how do you know it is 108,000??? As of right now, if you are a qualified contributor you can watch the videos.. Also, the dates that are shown will be view to the public. For the moment only the channels appeared on the lists that can be licenced and we still don't know for the rest of the channels including DJY which were hardsubbed. I'm afraid they won't allow this anymore on Viikii's site.

No, there's isn't an English translation of "the Injured Phoenix." The queen's husbands were: Kim Yongchun, Kim Yongsu (King Jinpyeong ordered him to try and produce an heir with Seondeok), Lord Heumbahn (no additonal details on him), and Lord Eulje (he was a powerful official in the court and also one of Seondeok's closest advisors. Most of the book focuses on Seondeok and her relationship with Kim Yongchun, since the author heavily relies on "Hwarang Segi." The author says that Kim Yongchun actually gave up his claims to the throne and pledged his full support to Princess Deokman when he learned about her ambition. And as I mentioned before, the author does not give many details about Lord Heumbahn or Lord Eulje- much less their aspirations regarding the throne.
