About Me
DRAMAS I'VE WATCHED UP UNTIL NOW:
1. Secret Garden:

My favorite drama so far. Can't get over it!

[Special credits to President Kim's Infamous tracksuits (we know they were handspun in Italy and France and cost a fortune!) and Secretery Kim's whining and crying ( replayed it a million times!). Super special credits for HyunBin's gay acting (he had his reasons)]
2. Boys Over Flowers:

Goo Joon Pyo is hilarious (aside from the nonsense bullying; but cute when he did it to Jan Di). Jan Di definitely one of my all-time favorite lead girl characters (I've heard people call her stupid. I think something is wrong with those people. At least she's not one of those lead girls who always need rescuing and showers of hugs :P). Jihoo is hot (but he could do with a little less white clothing). Kim Bum is hot. hot. hot. Gaeul is the most awesome best friend ever :) And I think, Overall, the cast is beautiful (seriously, is everyone in Korea so pretty or is it because all of these are actors?).

[Special credits to the hot actors of this show that made me weak in the knees. And Gu Joon Pyo's clinging skills. And super special credits to:
1. Lee Min Ho's scenes where he laughs or removes his shirt
2. Jihoo's grin
3. Geum Jandi's retarded laugh and eating habits.]
3. Shining Inheritence/ Brilliant Legacy:

Although I felt that the drama was a little bit dragged, nevertheless, the story was exciting and the lead pair was cute together. The ending was the best! (:

RATING:
[Special credits to the bitch stepmother and her two-faced daughter. Thanks to their horrible personalities, seeing them get defeated was so much fun. ]
4. Personal Taste:

I love the gayness in the show. LOL. Although I wish Lee Min Ho had acted a little gay. His friend did a great job as his gay lover. ROFLMAO. Gosh, I need to stop saying gay or someone might report my profile.
The carpenter girl was funny too. Loved her here and in 'A Moment To Remember' too :)
RATING:
[Special credits to Lee Min Ho's friend's gay acting. EPIC.]

5. My Girlfriend Is A Gumiho:

My friends and I do this all the time now thanks to this show and we like it Numo numo numo numo numo numo numo numo numo numo numo much

6. You're Beautiful:

When I started watching this drama, I was like, "why would they make Taekyung the lead guy? He's so rude and weird and okayish looking" But as I continued watching, MAN, he got hotter with each episode! ;)

But still, I did feel sorry for Shin Woo here and there (good thing they made 'Heartstrings'. If you know what I mean).
And No offence, but after seeing him pout for THAT LONG, THIS smile almost made me choke on my popcorn =====>

RATING:
[Special credits to jeremy's 'gay' crush on Go Mi Nam. I still laugh remembering his expression when he thought that Go Mi Nam was trying to seduce everyone in the band! And Tae Kyung hugging the pig-rabbit (if you haven't watched the show, go find it!). xD Super special credits to Go Mi Nam's aunt pinching and slapping Tae Kyung's butt. AHAHAAHHAHA.]
7. 1 litre of tears:

This is one drama that made me cry like hell in almost every episode. It's beautiful.

8. I'm sorry I Love You:

The first K-drama I ever watched. Really depressing ending. I mean, after watching the final episode, I cried for the whole night. And my eyes became so swollen the next morning that my mom thought I had contracted eye flu or something :P

[super special credits to Oh Ha Ni's wild imagination and her stalking skills. Man, I swear she's the ultimate one-man PHD Institution For stalkerism. ]

And I'm glad he got a happy ending :) =====>

G.NA - Kiss Me (Playful Kiss OST)
10. Dream High:
One of the most exciting dramas I've come across till date. It kept me glued from the very first moment, making me wonder who the k-guy was. Background music gave me goosebumps.

But frankly I felt Jin Gook and Hye Mi looked so much better together. I didn't even CONSIDER the possibility of Sam Dong and her together until the second last episode or something. Ending was sweet, but incomplete.
Nevertheless, one show I want to go watch again and again (last time that happened with You're Beautiful).
Pil Sook and Jason were adorable together.

RATING:
[special credits to Teacher Kang's noona's drinking habits, the english teacher's dancing skills, The loan shark's creepy, sudden appearances that beats the shit out of anyone and everyone and the american teacher's hairclips. LOL. Super special credits to Taecyeon and his cute, dorky ears. I can't wait to see him in a drama where he finally gets the girl ^^]

Dream High season 2....Hell yeah!
11. Heartstrings:

Best thing about this drama: Go Mi Nam and Shin Woo. Their chemistry was amazing!! And I was glad that, for a change, the guy wasn't some rich, spoilt heir and the girl wasn't broke and overly optimistic. They belonged to the same, average, modern class and were pretty real.
I really enjoyed all the songs from this show. Especially the theme song, even though I have no idea what it was about. Just really catchy :D
RATING:
[Special credits to Gyu Won's Grandfather's life story. Even though I haven't heard the whole of it, I'm pretty sure FBI can use it as a secret weapon ;) xD Super special credits to Kang Min Hyuk for being such a cutie in this drama o:) ]

Because I Miss You - Jung Yong Hwa (Live)
12. City Hunter:

I loved this drama. I've not saying that just because Lee Min Ho is such a hottie. I mean, obviously, that's a part of the reason. But it's a pretty cool show too with action and tech and guns and national betrayals and a superhero hiding behind a geeky life and what not. Kim Na Na is such a cute name.
RATING:
13. Coffee Prince:

What I really loved about this drama was that there was no distracting background music. Don't get me wrong - I'm like the biggest fan of Korean OST. But the change was pretty refreshing. Eun Chan is the most brutally honest character I've come across till date. Han Gyul is super cute with his forever-amused face which completely lights up around Eun chan. And that dimple/wrinkle on his face is pretty hot. I love the whole supporting cast of Coffee Prince. Can't pick one. Their chemistry is sizzling from the very beginning.

14. Protect The Boss:

Exactly the kind of drama I love! It was funny from the very first moment, till the very end. Ji Sung has officially become my favorite character of all time. In the beginning (say 15 minutes. 20 tops) I found him really weird. I mean, what's with the retro haircut and the bagpack? But after that, ahahahahahaha. It was awesome. Eun Seol was kickass man. JaeJoong was the ultimate eye candy. I loved Ms Wrestler and Icecream! And, OH MY GOSH, the elevator scenes. EPIIC. xD
And thanks to this show stopped hating In Hee (from Personal Taste). If you have the same problem, this show is highly recommended! :D

RATING:
[Special Credits to the Odd Jobs President Cha did during his community service. Lol. Everytime, he said he was busy, and I thought he was talking about some hi-fi President Wallstreet-ish work and all he ended up doing was making children cross roads or scrape out chewing gums or gossiping with ajummas x). And the 'Whoo Whoo' song!]
'Most people eat prettily or gracefully, but Eun Seol eats deliciously'
-Ji Sung
Lol, I don't know why that's stuck in my head X)

Protect the Boss MV - "Let Us Just Love" (drama OST)
15. Goong:

Goong is pretty much an innocent love story surrounded by scandals and politics and palace regulations. Even though Yoon Eun Hye and her court ladies kept things fun the whole time, I couldn't help feeling sad at times. Maybe because everyone's such a pro at crying in this show.
Crown Princess' wardrobe was amazing in this drama. I wish I could say the same for Yul. I mean, no offence, but what's with the tacky sweaters and the gold chain (if he was trying to give us a neck fetish - EPIC FAIL)? And oh gosh, that never-dying constipated look on his face. Crown Prince was cute. Kind of reminded me of Lee Min Ho.

RATING:
[Special credits to Yoon Eun Hye. OMG, she's like the best Korean actress I've come across. So pretty and so talented. Can't wait to watch Lie To Me!]
Just, AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA.
And Geum Jan Di was gross x) =====>

RATING:
17. The Greatest Love:

I basically started watching this show because the lead guy looked like an older version of Joe Jonas :P
Dokgo Jin was hilarious with all those voice expressions and his 'mind controool' and 'aww-kay' and 'panthayy'. Hahahaha. And the way he revealed their relationship in the end was just AMAZING. Although, seriously, I had no interest in seeing his heart during the surgery. I mean, they showed a live, PUMPING, blood-covered heart in the first five minutes of the first episode! I swear puke rose to my mouth. It was even worse than that scene in Charlie's Angels 2 where they show a cow giving birth :S
But nevertheless, loved the drama (:
And after watching this show, I've stopped looking down upon not-so-famous celebrities. I mean, they're just people struggling in their profession. We need to stop with the mean comments because none of us has the right to judge any person. But that doesn't mean, we have to stop hating annoying and evil characters from various dramas :P

RATING:
LOL @ fake Hyun Bin aka the Grandpa ======>

18. Full House:

In the beginning it was really boring. I mean, I barely made it through the first episode and I was pretty convinced it was just an overrated drama. But afterwards, when they got married, it was cute and hilarious throughout. And Jae Young had the goofiest smile ever! But still, I didn't understand what took them so long to be together. It was kinda frustrating :P
RATING:
[EPIC MOMENT: Han Ji Eun piggybacking Young Jae's grandma! I replayed it a million times. Hahahaha, she didn't give up until the very end xD]
AJA AJA FIGHTING! :D
Full House OST - Sha La La [Full Song]
19. Lie To Me:

I was hesistant to watch this drama because apparently it had low ratings in Korea. But, seriously, why the hell did it? This drama is awesome and hilarious! Yoon Eun Hye never fails to impress me anyways. And the guy was equally amazing (don't go by the picture. He's smoking hot in the drama. Especially when he's wearing shades. Although, many people found his voice repulsive. Not me. I mean, DUDE, have you heard the nanny from Goong? SHE had a weird voice. Like she's about to spit or something ). And both of them are such good kissers x).The ghostly ex and Taylor-Lautner-lookalike brother are great additions to the cast. So are the elders in the drama. And Manager Park Ji Yoon was Kickass.
Taylor Lautner Doppleganger =====>

Creepy Yoon Joo (The Ex) ======>

RATING:
[Special Credits to Yoon Eun Hye's english. It's like the cutest ever! I missed it after watching Goong ('Me too Me Too' 'Thank you Thank you') :D]
20. Stars Falling From The Sky:

Yay, another time-worthy drama. First episode was annoying because, honestly, Pal Kang was being so stupid and selfish. And they killed off the only characters I liked -.-
Then it turned sad and finally, a beautiful and consistent drama. And the kids were so cute! Especially Parang and Nami!

The thing with this drama was that it wasn't just love complications and romance. The innocence of the children was just too heart-warming :) And, gosh, the way Pal Gang tranformed into this completely new person who successfully took care of all her siblings (with a little help from Kang Ha, Jung Ha and Tae Kyu and her friends of course :D) and became a responsible human.
RATING:
21. Hana Yori Dango (Season 1):

Ok, so you've gotta admit that the Korean version has better looking F4 guys. And I like Geum Jandi more than the girl in this one (I'm still not used to the names. Except Rui. Haha, 'cause it's short. And Shizuka. Because that's a name I heard on ShinChan). And the korean version has Lee min Ho. And Jihoo. And Kim Bum. And Gaeul. Well, you get the picture. All that settled and aside, I LOVE THIS VERSION! It's short and funny and realistic. And on top of all that, IT HAS A SECOND SEASON! :D
And I don't care which drama is the original and....blah..blah...blah...
I'm just glad that I got to watch two versions of one of my favourite Asian Dramas :)

RATING:
[Special credits to the lead girl's employer and her 'I once loved a man' stories! :D Super special credits to Tsukasa's violent and naive ways (googled his name). He made the show awesome even though he isn't even all that good looking. And that's a compliment :P]

Moving on to second season! :D
22. Can You Hear My Heart:

Ok, so this one is the longest drama I have watched so far. And the fact that I finished watching it solely proves its awesomeness. :P
No seriously, it was a great drama with great acting and a really good story. Cha Dong Joo was like a giant, pale baby. He could totally play Edward Cullen. Maybe then I would've liked twilight :P
And I love him for the fact that HE DID NOT SIT CROSS LEGGED. I mean, It must be some sort of a fashion statement to sit like that. But if you ask me, it's just gay.

And I love how the lead pair never even fought once. They were just so sweet and understanding and kinda innocent towards each other :) And there was quite a bit of bromance between Dong Joo and Hyung Jung Ha (the other guy). Well, I'm always game for bromance :D

But I have to say it was pretty weird how everyone got along with everyone in the end and they became this huuuge family xP Nevertheless, loved it! And I learnt to say a few things in sign language . YAY, bonus ^^
RATING:
[Special credits to Bong Woo Ri's appa. He was so amazing! And such a good actor, I swear]
23. Mary Me Mary! :

This drama has been on my mind for a while now. And finally watched it! And that too on Christmas (if you know what I mean). Mary (or Wi Mae Ri) looks like a middle-school girl. Adorable. :) And JGS is a skinny musician with shoulders like a girl. A HOT skinny girly-shoulders musician. And really, he just simply inspires me to shampoo and condition my hair xD And he looks like Jesus in this drama! Ahahaha. She's Mary and he's like Jesus. Lol. And he smiles a lot. But I didn't choke on my popcorn or anything this time :P
In Jung (the guy from Coffee prince; secondary) is really, really sweet.
Parents - super annoying (what else?)

So yeah, Moo Gyul and Mary fake a marriage so that her dad doesn't marry her off to a total wealthy stranger. Dad is one step ahead. He forges her signatures and makes In Jung her lawful husband (who doesn't care as long his dad sponsers his drama in exchange :P).
And then comes the super-awkward moment where she catches her fake husband in bed with her real husband (surprising not dwelled upon). Hahahahaha.

Anyways, I loved the drama! Really cute. Especially all the songs. JGS is just so talented.
RATING:
[Special credits to JGS's laugh. It's like he trembles and laughs with his head down, shaking his shoulders and suddenly looks up and gives the most serious look in the world. HILARIOUS.]
LOL @ Mae Ri's look when she's begging Moo Gyul to let her borrow his name for 100 days (long story). As he said, it's like the cat from Shrek! :D =========>

MAE-RI CHRISTMAS! :D

24. Snow Queen:

Just the kind of drama I try to avoid. I mean, life is already so tough. Why watch such sad dramas and make it worse for ourselves? That aside, the story is obviously beautiful. Really good acting. In the beginning I was really annoyed how the so-called friend died just because he came second in an olympiad. I mean, DUDE, I participated in Math Olypiad once and my rank was...well, let's just leave it to 'not second' :P HOW CAN HE BE SO UNTHANKFUL! And If you ask me, there's nothing more selfish in the world than suicide. Once you die, you're free. But your loved ones have to endure all the pain of losing you and also deal with the consequences of your death. And what Tae Woong's friend did crumpled him and he pretty much wandered aimlessly, drenched in guilt, for 8 eight whole years. He quit school (quite a shame considering what a genius brain he had. Whenever he spoke all mathematically, it felt like an alien language :P). He even left his home (pissed his mom quite a bit. But she accepted him later on). But then he found Bo Ra (again). In the beginning, I hated her. But towards the end she became my favorite character. Ugh. It's just so sad. I don't think I'll be able to watch it again. Cried so much.
RATING:
25. Hana Yori Dango 2:

So, now I get it. The Japanese version is split into two seasons (and a movie. Gotta watch the movie), while the korean version is long, single-seasoned (typical K-drama). However the story is the same (more or less). And if I really have to compare the two versions, the Korean version is more dramatic while the Japanese version is lighter. The characters in this one seriously look like as if they're out of a comic. I mean, It's really....manga-ish. Especially Rui. Like, I can totally picture him all sketched and animated. Still no clue which version is better. But Tsukasa is hilarious as ever xD (''Father, will you marry me?'' trololololololol). And Rui has a killer smile (just like Jihoo. Gosh). The ending was the best! And I'm not talking about the proposal. The end-end part. I mean, the proposal was also, like, WOW. Real good to shut up the 'suuukkie' girls. But how the hell do they have such a huge stadium in their school? O.o
RATING:
[Special cerdits to Makino's family. I love how they go all, "Papa, papa" all the time. Lol. And yay, I remember everyone's names now. Almost. :D]
MOVIEMOVIEMOVIEMOVIEMOVIEMOVIE :D
26. Scent Of A Woman:

One word: Beautiful. When Yeon Jae is diagnosed with cancer, she doesn't sit around spending the rest of her time left moping in denial. It's mostly because her dad died from cancer too and pretty much spent his days at the hospital. She quits her pathetic job, gives herself a make-over, travels luxuriously, makes her mom happy, learns tango, falls in love, and practically does all the things she'd stalled for later (on the lines of 'Bucket List'). But obviously, at some point she had to deal with the truth and it was kinda sad. Really loved her! And she is so pretty! Kinda looks like IU (Pil Sook from Dream High). :)
And Now, I shall officially start crushing on Lee Dong Wook: KYAAAAAAA, So hot ^^ Gosh, the showers scenes and the jealousy scenes *_* And the pout. And the wavy, slightly permed hair. Mmmmm.
x)
Haha, but seriously, loved it. Especially the ending ( I know that I say it for every dramas :P). I'm glad how they left the story in the end. Neither there was a grief-striking death nor a miraculous cure. Just a beautiful message. It might be the biggest cliche when they say everyone moment counts. But then again, cliches are cliches because they are unreasonably true. I laughed a lot while watching this drama. And then cried. And then laughed. Then cried. A LOT. And then, finally, I smiled.
Lol, sorry. That was cheesy. But anyways, A MUST-WATCH! :)
RATING:
Lol, @ Lee Jae Young aka Real Ms. Lee ====>

[Special credits to Hee Joo. I really enjoyed her character. So cheerful and so lovable :) ]

Scent of a Woman MV - You Are So Beautiful
27. BigBang Parody - Secret Garden:
Just, AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. And Deasung is forever EPIIIIC after this xD ======>

RATING:
28. 49 Days:

Wow, 2011 had some really good dramas. Secret Garden, Dream High, Greatest Love, Scent Of A woman, Lie To Me, Protect The Boss. And now 49 days. I loved it! The two lead characters - Ji Hyun and Yi Kyung - were amazing.Their chemistry was really good. And it was so sweet of Ji Hyun to take care of Yi Kyung (even if as a ghost possessing her body:P) when she felt so alone and unloved. The scheduler was cute and hilarious (note to self: volunteer to become a scheduler after dying and get that cool cellphone he had). Han Kang was sweet, but a little awkward in a high school uniform x). I HATED MIN HO! Ugh, why did they name his character Min Ho? Totally ruining Lee Min Ho's name -.- And I did not feel sorry towards him in the end. No freaking way. In Jung was pretty annoying too. But, yeah, she came around. And Nam Gyu Ri makes a really spooky ghost. ^^

RATING:
[Special credits to Manager and his wife and their mushy-corny-cheesy love xD ]
29. Hana Kimi:

I love everyone (EVERYONE) in this drama. They're all so random and so goofy! And Fun! Like, they don't sit around even for a second. Always creating nuisance, fighting each other, following ridiculous plans. xD I can't choose anyone. All of them ARE HILARIOUS! Well, except Sano (RUI.RUI.RUI.) who is kinda shy. But he has funny moments too. And he's so CUTE! And athletic! :o
And I think while Koreans are best at making dramas about love, Japanese are the best in making dramas about friendship. :)
RATING:
[Special credits to Nakatsu and the times when he's talking to himself with gestures. AHAHAHAHA. Gets me every single time! And the Panty-On-The-Head-I'm-Not-Homo dance. OH GOD!! Super special credits to the the dorm leaders' reaction on seeing a girl in the school. EPIC!!! xD xD xD] ====>

Hana Kimi Japan OST - Hiromi Go - Boom Boom Boom
30. Playful Kiss - Youtube Version:

Yes, I DID NOT know it had a youtube version. -.- Otherwise I would've watched it ages ago :P Really liked it! I love the fact that the Youtube Edition only focuses on the newly-wed couple and has no sidetracks. And both of them are just so cute together! (:
RATING:
G.NA - Kiss Me (Playful Kiss OST) (FULL AUDIO)
31. Yamato Nadeshiko Sheche Henge:

The most quotable drama so far. So, the landlady tells her four hot tenants to turn her niece into a lady and, in exchange, she would let them stay at the boarding house for free. Kyohei, who has had a troubled and violent life and just lost his job due to his drop-dead georgeous looks, jumps at the opportunity.
Enter Sunako - Her bangs reach her mouth, she wears a cloak, sleeps in a coffin, has a science lab mannequin as her best friend, shrieks with joy at the sight of skulls, blood and medieval killing weapons, and whenever she makes eye contact with a person shouts "Briiiiight" and bangs her head over them (mostly Kyohei though).

Haha, I love the ending of every episode where Kyohei goes all "ugly Sunako Ugly Sunako Ugly Sunako Ugly Sunako" which makes her enraged and they always end up in a physical fight! :D And I'm glad that, unlike a typical drama, the lead girl didn't have a complete makeover and changed her personality all together. Instead Kyohei fell in love with the Horror girl itself (: And, that the other guys did not fall in love with her. Instead they helped Kyohei realize his feelings.

RATING:
"What is a Lady? When a woman falls in love with the best man in the world, she becomes a lady."
-Sunako's aunt aka the landlady

32. BigBang Parody - Coffee Prince:

I know these parodies aren't officially dramas. But they're hilarious! And after watching all their parodies, I've actually started listening to BigBang's music (not regretting it. They're good! :D)
And hahahahaha ====>

RATING:
33. City Hall:
I think this is the first k-drama I have watched that isn't based in Soeul. Even though it's quite political, this drama is really funny and really romantic! Shin Mi Rae is extremely gross in the beginning. I don't think she even combed her hair until she became the mayor x) And top of that, she's such a narcissist! And even though it had a really boring start (I barely made it through the first episode; took me like a week; watched Japanese dramas and BOF in between), it picked up really well halfway through and the ending was just awesome! I love their chemistry. The lead pair, I mean. Council woman and manager Lee are cute too. The Plastered-smile fiancee is scary and emotionless. The Assistant is HOT (Procecutor Daddy Long Legs from City Hunter)! The directors are lame. Her friends are awesome! (: Ji Gook's mom is surprisingly nice. His dad is a jerk. His adopted son is sooo cute. Ji Gook is adorably jealous. Haha. And the time he compared his text to manager Lee's. So cute! x) But seriously, why are all of Kim Sun ah's dramas named after Al Pacino's movies? First 'Scent Of A Woman' and now 'City Hall' :P
RATING:
[Special credits to Shin Mi Rae's Wiggly-wiggle dance. Ahahaa. She's so random! And even Ji Gook is random at times. In that way, they're made for each other :D]

City Hall (cute first kiss)
34. My Princess

Lee Seol is doing a part-time job posing as a princess in front of the Palace (fully propped with head gear and everything). Next thing she finds out, she is ACTUALLY a princess and the sole hope of an old man to re-establish the monarchy. Although, I didn't get the whole 'Goong' feel during this drama (probably there was no Queen or other heavy-headgeared royals), it's pretty likable. And Lee Seol is a damn good actress and can make you shed tears. Plus, a pretty smile. AND, OH MY GOSH, what's with the Evil Lady (don't remember her name)? I mean, no offence, she looks so stiff and plastic. And whoever gave her that haircut really hated her. And why does she call PHY (lead guy) oppa? I mean, seriously, she looks like at least (AT LEAST) 5 years older to him -.- And whenever she wears fur, it's like a lifeless rat that got a bad botox job. Just saying :P

Anyways, the cutest thing on the show was the chef

RATING:
35. My Name Is Kim Sam Soon

So I basically watched this because I'm totally in love with Secret Garden and Scent Of A Woman. But seriously, I couldn't even recognize Hyun Bin when I started watching this! He looks so different here. And all that spiky hair really makes him look like a porcupine xD Sam Soon is hilarious and completely upfront. I don't hate Hee Jin. And, Ok, there was this whole annoying part where Sam Shik couldn't choose one girl. And, OH GOD, that one time he abandoned her in the middle of a deserted road in jeju doh right after he (sort of) confessed his feelings! I felt like punching him!! But overall, I liked it. Daniel Henney is so hot! And after seeing him talk in that accent, I had this sudden urge to catch up with all the American shows I abandoned to watch Asian dramas xD
EPIC MOMENT - Karaoke scene. AHAHAHHAHAHA. Like, at one moment they're having a serious conversion and then suddenly they're going crazy in a bar :D ===>

RATING:
[Special credits to the blind date guy. Man, he sure has some bad luck! xD Super special credits to the moms. Both of them were kickass. hahahahaha. ]
And, lol, Story of every girl's life ====>

36. Koizora

It had a really weird start. A random guy kisses Mika out of the blue and later confesses he's been stalking her for a while and is in love with her -.- and although, she is hesistant to kiss him, she doesn't think twice before sleeping with him and, hence, the typical teen pregnancy follow-up. But once she loses the baby, it becomes so sad :'( Seriously, WHY did I pick this drama to watch? That too it's the last drama before I turn off my computer for good two months (exams :P)! I haven't cried so much while watching a drama since I'm Sorry I LoveYou T-T this is going to give me super-depressing nightmares tonight. But the story was beautiful. Well obviously.
T-T

RATING:
[Special credits to Hiro. Even though, he seemed like a weirdo (and a pervert :P) in the beginning, he was really the sweetest on this show. And I have to say he looks better with the jet black hair (:]
37. Autumn's Concerto

Initially I was putting off Taiwanese dramas because I thought it would be frustrating to get used to the language and the accent. Finally decided to watch this because it's stoyline was interesting. Best decision I ever made! And, ok, in the beginning it felt like they were reciting some kind of chants or something (it's mandarin, right?). But I got used to that. The drama was amazing! It's like I've fallen in love with Asian Dramas all over again. And even though it barely had any comic relief (except maybe the villagers - they were funny :D ; it was mostly romantic and melodramatic) I loved each and every episode. It was actually one of those dramas for me which make you depressed after they end and there are no more episodes left to watch. The chemistry of the lead pair is amazing. AND THE KID IS ADORABLE! And, er, I have to say T-dramas have far more realistic sex scenes. I mean, I'm not a pervert or anything. But when I watched Koizora, I was like, "Whaaat? She's pregnant? When did they.." "oh that one little time when he told her that he's not going to hurt her" -.-

RATING:
[EPIC MOMENT: Guang Xi showing up at Xiao Le's kindergarten dressed as Alien Daddy. It was so funny!]
MISU MISU!

38. Down With Love

This drama sort of reminded me of Coffee Prince. Except that Guo pretended to be lesbian, not a guy :P It was amazing! I thought Yu Ping was going to be one of those guys who keep mistreating the girl (like Goo Joon Pyo) or who are super strict (like TaeKyung). But he was such a sweetheart really! I mean, come on, he fell for her in the third episode itself. And that

Ella Chen was hilarious and adorable! Her expressions always had me cracking :D And that reminds me - the adorable little boy from Autumn's concerto is in this drama too! Awww. If only cuteness could kill. And after watching this drama I'm really looking forward to Taiwan's version Of Hana Kimi (I don't think there could've been a better choice for the role of Ashiya than Ella Chen) and Hana Yori Dango (Jerry Yen as Goo Joon Pyo = I can't wait) ^^

RATING:
[Special credits to Jerry Yen as Yu Ping. Lol, sorry but his hotness deserves super special credits. Not just anyone can pull off a pink shirt looking as hot as him ^^ Super special credits to the kids. Aww, I wish they'd stuck around longer so that Guo could continue being their nanny for a few more episodes. I missed them so much! But the story turned another way (mostly involving fake relationships and annoying people). still liked it! ]

Jiu Xiang Lai Zhe Ni - Jerry Yan (Down With Love OST)
39. Meteor Garden

Even though the phones were completely outdated (I know it was made in 2001. But I just couldn't stop laughing when Daoming gave Shancai that black-and-white Nokia phone xD) it was really enjoyable. Jerry Yan was obviously cute. The only lead guy out of all 3 versions who stuck with the original 'pineapple' hairstyle from the manga (even if only for half of the season) :D F4 guys were hot. And I have to say that out of the 3 versions Shancai was the most daring and the most kickass. I swear she had me as soon as she called Ah-Si's mom an 'old hag' LMAO *serious respect* But she was really a coward about her feelings. I mean, even though she liked him from the time he kissed her, she kept breaking his heart and running to, like, every other guy in the world :P And even after going through so much together, all she said to him in the end was "I like you" -.- (I didn't even count the number of times he said 'I love you' to her. But he did say it. A LOT). Quinghe was a great addition to this drama. Seriously, why wasn't his character added to other versions? :/ I liked Rainie Yang too! ^^ And Vanness wu was there. Although I had a hard time getting used to his long, sleek locks. lol.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO IN SEASON 2:
1. Ximen and Rainie Yang. They had a cute thing going. I wonder if she'll come back and if she does, what'll go on with them.
2. The plot. They covered most of the story from the k-version already. The only part left is where Si loses his memory and can't remember Shancai and starts dating that annoying girl. And maybe the part where he abandons Shancai after his dad dies. But they can't make 31 episodes outta that, can they? O.o
3. Si and Shancai dating without Shancai denying it :P

40. Wild Romance

Don't let the title misguide you. I mean, the drama was really funny and really wild. But romantic..er, barely. It wasn't one of those typical K-dramas. You know, the ones with horrible mother-in-laws and vulnerable female leads. It leaned more towards the psycho thriller agenda. Everyone was a creep at least once throughout the show. The stalker was predictable. Gullhead was adorable with her cute caps and her wild laugh. Lee Dong Wook was hot as ever. But his character was kinda thick-skinned. I mean, how could he not realize EJ liked him?! It was the most obvious thing in the world! But I always loved the parts where they laughed in unison and the parts where he missed her and the parts where they got along like hell :D And they both had such retarded laughs really! AND OH GOSH, I loved Eun Jae's jobless friend and Manager Kim together. They're like my all-time favorite couple now (: Sooooo cute! The part where he told her about his Hanbok fantasy. Hahahahahaha. Definitely liked them better than the lead couple :P Ooh, And as far as Jessica goes, I didn't hate her. I mean, she was kinda cute biting people around. Not one of those bitter exes.

41. Drunken To Love You

Cute. Funny. Ridiculous. But I'd be lying if I said that I didn't skip the parts between Tiffany Hsu and that actor who had a crush on her. They were so boring :P Rest was amazing! xD
'Your ex-husband was me, Your current boyfriend is me and your
soon-to-be second husband is also me. I'm hungry, feed me first'
BEST LINE EVER XD And I want those tasty pudding buns they made together! They looked so delicious :d
Obviously Joseph Chang was my favorite. He was simply hilarious! Always acting all factual and lecturing around. And I can't even count the no. of times he used the word 'OK'. And even Rainie Yang! Both of them were always like, "OK?" "OK?" after every freaking sentence lol And I loved Rainie's
RATING:
42. Moon Embracing The Sun

Probably because it was my first periodic drama, but I REALLY LOVED IT. Chona is such a pro at crying. There wasn't even a single moment when he cried and I didn't T-T But Seriously man, the last two episodes blew my mind. Everyone kept dying and I just couldn't stop crying T-T But still, (more or less) a happy ending. It was so funny when Chona tried to learn that musical instrument for Yeon Woo's birthday in the end xD Loved the child actors. They were so good. And Sam Dong made an adorable tantrum-throwing king :D Such a cutie! Although I wish Rat-face had had a more torturous death. Even Yang Ming's death was worse than his -.- I actually wanted him to go down on his knees and plead for mercy (Rat-face; not Yang Ming). I don't know, I can't get over how he got Ah-Ri the shaman killed in ep 1. It was so cruel. I wanted him to have a death worse than hers. But beggers can't be choosers I guess.

RATING:

Although I loved all the child actors, my favorite was Yeon Woo's brother. I don't know, He just had that golden aura which was totally mesmerizing. It totally faded when he grew up :( Crown prince was my second favorite. He was adorably Hilarious! :D

43. Dream High 2

Why JYP WHY? Hye Sung and JYJ were together in every freaking poster. His name was second on cast list of this drama on Wikipedia (right after So Ra). All the patterns from season 1 - like how Hye Mi's sister hated Sam Dong and Hye Sung's sister hated Yoo Jin. Besides, He was so much more awesome than JB! But why did she end up with JB? So unfair! And, seriously, why did you cut all the other people's performances? Like Jr's performance and nerdy guy's performance who liked Hyo Rin (That reminds me - I LOVE HYO RIN! And Ailee. And did I mention I love JYJ? I love JYJ! And Jr too. And the manager's daughter who sang 'Balloons' by DBSK with Jr ^^). You could've just cut a few scenes showing JB and HS eating at the restaurant with their precious spoon and chopsticks, and squeezed in a few more performances :P And the cameos - seriously, you could've gotten the old actors to do better cameos..Sam Dong was bored..Hye Mi was annoying..and IU..well, she was cute. But it was such a blink-and-miss.

But I still liked Season 2. Hahaha. Really! I did! I mean, not in a romantic way. The plot was weak but it was still funny and had good music. Hye Sung might be pathetic at times, but she was still cute. Rian was awesome in the last two episodes :) And I especially loved how Nana didn't choose between the two guys and in the end they both kept fighting over her. Hehe. Frankly, I really didn't want her to break any of their hearts :] Aileeeee. Did I mention I love Ailee? :D
RATING:

PS- Note to JYP - If you plan to make Dream High 3 (and I hope you do) please leave a message on my page telling me who would get the girl in the end, so that I root for that person from the beginning and get used to the idea, instead of dissapointing myself. Seriously -.-

45. Devil Beside You

In the beginning I found it ok. I mean, it was pretty much like Meteor Garden and BOF with the guy bullying the girl and ultimately falling for her and the girl giving in to his persuasiveness. But It grew on me. Loved the Devil and his

basically both of them fall in love, ignoring the elephant in the room - that their parents are in love and getting married soon, making them siblings-to-be. Loved the parents. They were so adorable and cool and easy-going and understanding. Haha x) And AHHHHRAANG! I can't get over Ahrang. He's so cute! Even with the porcupine hairstyle he's so cute. That grin - GOOOSH! And his cuteness reminds me - Yang Ping is so cuute! ^^ and ok, there was this whole part whe he tried to kill Qi Yue. But still. Cuuuute. hehe.

So, yeah, the message and everything was great too. I mean, personally, I've never felt there's anything wrong with falling for your step-brother. Sure, in most cases step-siblings hate each like...well, SIBLINGS :P But still, each situation is different. I mean, it's not like you've grown up with him or that you are blood related (That reminds me - Need to check what happened to Serena and Dan. Did they start dating again after their parents got married? Haven't watched Gossip Girl in ages).
All in all, loved it!

46. Extravagant Challenge

The way it ended, I'm pretty sure there's going to be a second season. I mean, they didn't even go out. Even the kiss was imaginary. Scratch that, they didn't even confess their feelings (Gong Xi barely REALIZED her feelings in the last episode!)! And she didn't even find out he's her long-lost friend Corn! And he didn't find out she's the Chicken! And then there's this whole thing with Shang resolving to win Gong Xi back. I hope Shang has more scenes in the second season. I hope THERE IS a second season :P Because, otherwise, this drama had the vaguest ending EVER.
RATING:

[Special credits to Qin (Bianca Bai). I loved her character so much! Her voice is so unique and her acting skills are awesome. I loved her audition when she enacted out that tough script. It was so funny x) Super special credits to the cute manager's phone. Seriously, I want that phone!]
47. Meteor Garden 2

Draaaaaged. I liked the first episode and the last episode. But in between I skipped a lot. Daoming Si wasn't even Daoming Si. I mean, he was too mature. I missed the bratty, stubborn, spoiled, violent, Pineapple-headed Si. And I hate how the amnesia thing went on upto th 24th episode. And even afterwards he didn't tell anyone he remembered everything because he wasn't sure who he loved -.- Rainie Yang didn't even turn up! I liked Ye Sha. She wasn't like those wannabe girls from the other versions who pretended to be the girlfriend. And her letter to Loony was the only part in this drama that made me cry (besides Quinghe's Valentine message to Shancai). At least they didn't kill her off. That would've made me boycott this drama altogether. By the way, my favorite part was Vanness Wu and his matchmaking date. That girl was so pretty! I'm so glad he fell in love (: Overall, the series was frustrating but worth the wait. Sort of. Maybe. And I never shipped Lei and Shancai in season 1 and throughout season 2. But after hearing his true feelings that he confessed to Mei (along with flashbacks) I felt so sorry for him! To be very honest, I never really enjoyed his character. Probably because he never expressed his feelings directly and Daoming Si was much more interesting and pretty much overshadowed him. But now I can't wait to watch MARS! :)

48. Hi My Sweetheart

Man, Rainie Yang is so hot in this drama! Those streaks are killer. And her character is amazing. It's like the female version of the Devil from Devil beside you x) I bet she took tips from Mike He regarding this role. Haha. Show Luo is the perfection. It's so amazing how he can bring out a sexy man and an Ugly-Mushroom-Head-Shame-Of-Society man out of a single character, to such a point that it's almost like he has multiple personality disorder or something.

So basically Bao Chu and Da Lung are two misfits who fall in love. After 3 years of being together, due to some misunderstandings, Da Lung thinks that Bao Chu abandoned him because he's not rich (which he is BTW. His sisters run a supersuccessful toilet business). He vows to take revenge but ends up in love with her all over again, especially since all the misunderstandings get clarified. This show is HILARIOUS xD I haven't had such a good laugh watching a drama for a long time. I still remember the 'Bubble' incident and laugh like hell xD

49. ToGetHer

Ok, honestly, this was the most boring Rainie Yang drama I've watched so far. But on the bright side the lead actors (Mars and George Wu) were really hot. And even the adorable manager from extravagant Challenge was there! And then there was prince Kasaba (hottie alert). All in all, a great one-time watch ^^

50. Rooftop Prince

This was one drama where I couldn't predict the ending at all. Except for the basics of course. Like Tae Mu would go to jail for attempted murder (several failed attempts actually xD). And Se Na would reflect on her mistakes like a typical K-drama bitch and do something as generous as giving up a piece of her liver to Bak Ha to save her life so that we stop hating her -.- But other than that I had no clue how they'd end it.

Yeah, so basically Chona's wife dies and he randomly gets transported to the modern times where he finds the princess reincarnated. Eventually he realizes what a bitch the princess is (in modern times as well as in Joseon Era). Then he falls for Bak Ha who, he later realizes, is the reincarnation of the princess' sister. And, being the genius that he is, he eventually solves the 300 years old mystery of his dead wife.

And how can I forget to mention the Joseon Rangers?! They're like the life of this drama! All of them are so hilarious and adorable. Especially the blue ranger xD When they first came to the modern world it was so funny. They were amazed by the slightest things, burned down the entire roof house, threatened to behead Bak Ha, demanded omurice all the time and gulped down the water after brushing their teeth xD xD And THE ELEVATOR SCENE WAS EPIIIC XD XD XD ===>

About the ending - I have to say I was a bit disappointed. I wish Bak Ha had ended up with Chona. I know, I know - Chona and Tae Yong are practically the same person. But still, the memories are different and the personalities are different. I just can't get myself to see them as the same person. And Chona didn't even even get Bu Yong in the end! :( But that doesn't make Rooftop prince any less awesome! I love it.

51. The King 2 Hearts

Although it was definitely not typical, the King 2 Hearts had the charm and wit that Hong sisters generally bring out in their dramas. And Jae Ha and Hang Ah make the coolest couple ever! I swear I have a girl crush on Hang Ah. Loved her accent and how she could be innocent and kickass at the same time. Another thing I loved about this drama was acting. Everyone acted really, really well. EVERYONE. Even the random foreign people (and there were a lot of random foreign people in this drama)! Especially Bon Bon. As creepy as she was, the woman could sure act. How often do you see good foreign actors in K-dramas? :P And the princess was so prettyyy! I loved her hair and such a good actress. She and Eun Shi Kyung were so cute together. Eun Shi Kyung T-T

Basically it was about Lee Seung Gee becoming a king after his brother's death (who was murdered by this creep called John Meyer who reminded me so much of the villain from Iron Man 2. That is, if the villain from Iron man 2 was rich). And his engagement to Hang Ah (a north Korean) as an initiative to bring peace. They both fall in love but the keep going on-off because of the north-south dispute.
The drama was intense. Pretty refreshing actually.
