Notice: Segmenting again although jumpy time bar is still present all the time. Dailymotion videos are the worst when it comes to the jumpy time bar. I can't segment Dailymotion videos at all. It takes me 3x's longer to segment a 10 min. Tudou, Youtube or licensed drama video and my timing could be off. Viki's engineers are working on these performance issues (including the jumpy time bar) and I hope a fix will be found soon. 
Currently busy with school and my research project. Not accepting new segmenting projects mainly due to the above.
