      ooh, am I too late to respond about the lag? I was volunteering to sell fireworks. It's not lagging now for me. but when I segment, I load the whole ep first then segment. Maybe that might help when you sub. I kept the vid on Youtube so it's easier to load. Tudou takes even longer.

      I also have problems loading on IE, so that might be why too, but I dunno )):

      nomisgnoh, i watched ep 1 part 1, and I think I understand what is happening. As I previously mentioned, because of the slow talk with long pauses in Friend, I am cutting segments too large for a phrase, I should cut them tighter, filling beginning of the each phrase with "no voice". What to do? I finished both episodes already :(.
