My favorite movie is 50 First Dates

Staring Adam Sandlers and Drew Barrymore

I love anything HAWAIIAN, although I live in the Midwest!!

Hey Viikii viewers,

I really WISH i can help sub, but I don't speak any of the language here, except for English and some broken down native language from my asian nationality. Although I do understand repetitive korean, taiwanese, japanese, and chinese words, it doesn't help much. I will try to learn how to segment sometime in the near future, so I can help in some way, since I LOVE to watch dramas.

Also, as of right now, i'm too poor to donate, but someday i will when I have lots of $$$.

The first real drama I ever watched, was a dubbed version of Autumn Love/Tale on VHS when I was in high school. I cried soo much and became a fan of dramas.

Actually growing up, we watched some old dubbed Kung-fu drama series....sorry, it's sooo old I don't really remember. But I never really consider those real dramas compare to the ones of today, but I guess it was if I really think about it.

Then I ended watching the Taiwanese version of BBF, Meteor Garden, which is the first TW idol-drama I experienced, and thought it was pretty good at that time.

After that, I watched a few dubbed K-dramas, but none of it was good....plus the dubbing part sucks, but site like this didn't exist back then.

Then for a while I didn't care to much for watching drama, unitl I saw Stairway to Heaven, which was a major tear jerker and got me into dramas again.

Then after that, ended up watching FULL HOUSE, which was the the most modern quality drama at that time, and pretty funny too. This made me want to watch dramas that are less melodramatic tear jerkers and more "cute" and "fun".

I watched all those dramas I mention above on CV's or DVD's, but FINALLY---modern technology was available and I was able to start watching dramas online.

The first drama I watched online was MY GIRL (during the youtube revolution) which I fell in love with the main lead, Seol Gong Chan...omg, he was sooo HOT, and it was the first drama that I rewatched over and over and over again........so that became my ALL time FAVORITE drama, til this day.

Eventually, there was the copyright issues, which shut down many sites or made viewers pay, e.g. crunchyroll-which deleted all their fan sub videos. But thank goodness to sites like mysoju, which linked vids for us, or else I wouldn't know what to do.

Then I found the wonderful VIIKII.net during the CRAZY K-drama "Boy Before Flower" airing, since this was the first and fastest place anyone can watch that drama...!! This is now one of my favorite site, since the people here are great, plusssss i LOVE adding comments and reading them too!!:)

I love modern dramas, but I also love historical dramas. I love learning about the cultures, especially during the different time periods. I love dramas with awesome OST. BTW, I think Chinese Paladin 1 have the best OST ever.......! I watch mostly K-dramas due limited time, but I do get to taiwanese, japanese, and chinese dramas also.

I usually watch the first episode of every drama and see how it is, then decide whether to invest my time or not.....usually I'll give it a second episode for consideration also. Also if the main leads (guys) are HOTTT, that's a ++++plus!!;-p

My impatienence makes me watch RAW videos, but after watching soooo many dramas, I can pretty much figure out what is going on without the subs....but preferably with subs to understand the full meaning.

Lastly, thanks to all the hardworker subbers/segmenters/uploaders/contributors out there....you guys/girls are AWESOME!! This wouldn't be possible without all of you! Sorry if I forgot anyone.

Hope you enjoy my "brief" little history!! And if you made it down here, I'm going to give you a virtual "high five"!!!!! I can tell you that I spend more time watching these dramas than the shows on my T.V. in the USA.

P.S. I LOVE Hello Kitty Hawaii!!!

HOW I KILL TIME WHILE WAITING FOR THE NEXT EPISODE AND SUBTITLES:

*If a video is not finished being sub, I will watch it RAW

*If I'm waiting for the next episode, I'll rewatch my favorite scenes from the most recent episode or previous episodes; skipping all the boring parts.

*I will add comments or participate in a discussion about the show/episodes.

*I will watch other dramas that has the same main leads in it, because I just can't get enough.

*Listen to the OST or watch a MV of the show.

*Watch mutiple dramas simultaneously.

*Decorate/update my profile page!:)
