I think with the new Viki transition, you have to be a Moderator or Channel Manager before you are allowed to upload videos. Not sure if this is the case...but there are many bugs right now...so just take a easy and enjoy the holidays^^

yes, u upload videos by going to the channel, under Videos tab, you would see on your top left a blue box icon, "Add New Video", click on it, then you should be able to add the video to the channel. Choose language, etc... Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!!!
