Subber's Guidelines:
Before subbing a part, please leave a comment below with what part you will sub.
For Ex: ''Subbing part 1'' because that way the other
subbers will read your message and move onto the another part.

Segmenter's Guidelines:
In each part of an episode, please make a segment to give credit to our team. For the first part, put the credits in the beginning of the part when the episode starts and for the last part put it at the end when the drama ends right before the preview. For parts in between you may put it any place as long as it is NV and won't disturb the viewers from watching the drama. The credit subs should be "Subtitles brought to you by The Bossy Team @Viki.com" or "Timing & Subbing brought to you by The Bossy Team @Viki.com" You may add in other lines if there is space such as, "Please DO NOT Hardsub using this video subtitles"

Editor's Guidelines:
-Please check segmenter's guideline,
the credit sub to our team should be always be "The Bossy Team"
-Keep the standard titles like Oppa, Noona, Unnie
-Drop the ssi or shi, nim titles at the end of a name
-Ellipsis should be three dots with space inbetween each dots.
-Always add in Ellipsis when a character pauses and segmenter makes a cut in between a sentence signifying
the sentence has not ended and will be continued on the next line/segment.
-If the character is thinking, dreaming or someone is heard from the other side of the phone,
please add in < i > in the beginning to make the subs italics.
-Change the word "Weird" to "Strange"
-We should pay special attention to the titles of the characters,
Whether it is Director, President, Team Leader, Manager.
-In Korean they use conjugated like verbs, and almost all adjectives have "하" at the end which happens to be the verb "to do". or, the verb "없" (don't have). Which means the literal translation of a sub would be "He doesn't have responsibility" which sounds a bit strange in english -- therefore we would sub it as "He is irresponsible." More examples: "Will you take the responsibility?" which would be changed into, "Will you be responsible?" "Do you have the confidence?" which would be changed into, "Are you confident?"
-Character Names should be spelled as:
Choi Kang Hee as No Eun Seol
Ji Sung as Cha Ji Heon (Director)
Kim Jaejoong as Cha Moo Won (Director)
Wang Ji Hye as Seo Na Yoon
Lee Heewon as Yang Ha Young
(More character names may be added after drama starts)
