The bully Kong comes home to his sister Chako, who has been diagnosed with tuberculosis and another unknown disease. Chako, having heard about Black Jack, wants her brother to find him and take her case. After his sister is hospitalized, Kong tries to find the doctor, but is unsuccessful. As a last resort, he gets Keaton from the drama club to pretend to be Black Jack. Kong brings the costumed friend to the hospital and introduces him as Black Jack to his sister...
