An old shopkeeper wrestles with loneliness. Two teen girls share a fleeting romance that lives and dies through text messages. An awkward security guard is obsessed with a beautiful woman who works in his office building. These seemingly disparate lives, who are all trying to find love, are touched in unexpected ways by the real-life story of Theresa Poh Lin Chan, a deaf and blind writer and teacher known as the “Helen Keller of Southeast Asia,” who plays herself in the film.
