Yang Pa, which literally means “onion” in Korean, is the stage name of Lee Eun Jin, a popular South Korean R&B singer. Born on March 17, 1979, she made her debut in 1997 while still in high school and found instant success. She studied at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston and released four successful albums until 2001, when she began a six-year hiatus because of disputes with her previous management company.
