John Park Falling (Teaser)

John Park is a Korean American singer who rose to fame as a semifinalist on the ninth season of “American Idol.” He subsequently competed in Mnet’s “Superstar K 2,” a Korean singing competition, and placed second. Born on September 13, 1988, in Northbrook, Ill., John majored in Economics at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill., but took a break from college in 2011 to pursue a singing career in Korea.
