Dae Pyung is electrocuted at his shipyard and found by Kang San and Hae Joo, who rush him to the hospital. But the grandfather doesn’t survive. Chang Hee seizes Kang San's company, and Kang San is financially ruined and left with nothing. Kang San goes to Jung Woo and asks him to look after Hae Joo, revealing to Jung Woo that Dal Soon is not Hae Joo’s biological mother. When Jung Woo asks Dal Soon about it, she finally tells the truth.
