With the release of his next song, “Gentleman,” Psy again broke records on YouTube as the most watched video with 22 million views within the first 24 hours of release. Psy was indeed born on December 31, 1977, in Gangnam, a ritzy part of Seoul, South Korea. He married Yoo Hye Yeon in 2006, and they have twin daughters.
