Vic Zhou, also written as Vic Chou, is a Taiwanese actor and singer who is best known for being one of the members of the boy band “F4,” which formed from the four main characters in the hit Taiwanese dramas “Meteor Garden” (2001) and “Meteor Garden II” (2002). Born on June 9, 1981, he was first discovered when he accompanied a friend to the audition for “Meteor Garden” and was asked to audition. Vic Zhou was the first of the F4 members to release his solo album in 2002 and he has gone on to star in many other popular films and television dramas, including “Meteor Rain” (2001), “Mars” (2004), “Wish to See You Again” (2008), “Black & White” (2009), “Home” (2013) and “The Flame's Daughter” (2018), as well as the film “Saving General Yang” (2013).

When a woman’s life is forever changed by the evil acts of a vengeful man, can the three men who love her help rectify the wrong?

A man named An Ye Luo lashes out when the woman he loves decides to marry a wandering warrior. The couple bear a son, Zhan Feng (Zhang Bin Bin), who is taken in as a disciple of Lie Huo Pavilion. The Lie Hua Pavilion also greets a newborn daughter, Lie Ru Ge (Dilraba Dilmurat), who grows up as the heiress of the Pavilion and is loved by three very different men. Zhan Feng becomes the first love of Ru Ge who will eventually breaks her heart. The skilled martial artist Yin Xue (Vic Chou) harbors a one-sided love for Ru Ge but enters into a life of immortality just for the chance to see Ru Ge again. Chen Zai Tian (Vic Zhou) is a womanizing layabout of a police officer. He relies on tipoffs from his underworld informants to help him crack cases – and, in many cases, these often lead him to triumphs that he claims as his own. He lives a hedonistic life, and solving crimes is mainly his side interest. His polar opposite is the justice-loving Wu Ying Xiong (Mark Chao), a straight-laced officer whose zeal for busting crime often gets him into trouble.

The duo is brought together – and must form an unlikely alliance when a series of confounding cases requires them to stop a gang that appears to even have moles in the police force. Collaborating with an officer as different as he is not easy for Chen Zai Tian – and the same is true for Wu Ying Xiong! But things get even more difficult for this duo when Chen Lin (Ivy Chen), the daughter of a triad gang boss, arrives on the scene. Could this woman spark a love rivalry between the two cops?
