Kind-hearted but overweight housewife Sa Geum Ran (Ha Jae Sook) is devastated when she discovers her husband Kang Joon's (Jung Gyu Woon) infidelity. Distraught while driving, another car hits her, and Geum Ran is presumed dead by her ex and his family – but Geum Ran actually survived, and she wants revenge. She contacts a plastic surgeon, getting in touch with Han Tae Hee (Joo Sang Wook) and begging him for help. Tae Hee agrees, but he’s actually the surgeon’s brother – Tae Hee himself is a company heir and adoptive brother to the woman that Kang Joon cheated with, but he hides this from Geum Ran. After getting her makeover, Geum Ran takes on the identity of “Sara” (Han Ye Seul) and plans to destroy Kang Joon’s new relationship with Tae Hee’s assistance.
