Han Ye Ri is the stage name of Kim Ye Ri, an award-winning South Korean actress. Born on December 23, 1984, she began her career by acting in short films and indie films. She has since then had a prolific career in mainstream films, including “As One” (2012), for which she won Best New Actress at the 49th Baeksang Arts Awards, as well as “Commitment” (2013) and “Haemoo” (2014). She also has appeared in the television dramas “Imaginary Cat” (2015), “Six Flying Dragons” (2015) and “Switch” (2018).

As the first son of a wealthy and important government official, Baek Yi Kang (Jo Jung Suk) ought to have grown up with the world at his feet. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Ye Ri (Han Ye Ri) is a Chinese woman who grew up without her father, who once enjoyed a brief fling with her mother.

She decides to visit her father, in South Korea, but this proves to be an ill-fated decision: Shortly after she arrives, he becomes sick and is eventually paralyzed.

Left with no choice in the matter, she must stay and take care of him. In order to make ends meet, she takes a job running a local bar. This is quite a fall from grace for Ye Ri, who is highly educated, and spends her time on high-minded pursuits, including poetry.

The bar’s male patrons have developed a fixation on her, however. These include Ik Joon (Yang Ik Joon), a potty-mouthed, scruffy ruffian, landlord Jong Bin (Yoon Jong Bin), and Jung Bum (Park Jung Bum), a defector from North Korea.

Although on friendly terms with one another, all three vie for her affections – but can any of these lowly suitors win Ye Ri’s heart?

What could be more therapeutic than a furry friend? When a North Korean spy fails to complete his mission in South Korea, his children, Myung Hoon (T.O.P) and Hye In (Kim Yoo Jung), are sent to a North Korean labor prison camp. High-ranking military official Colonel Moon Sang Chul (Jo Sung Ha) strikes a deal with 19-year-old Myung Hoon that he can’t refuse: infiltrate South Korea as a defector and kill a North Korean spy known as the Big Dipper (Jung Ho Bin) if he wants to save his sister’s life.
