Song Joong Ki is a popular South Korean actor and MC. Born on September 19, 1985, he was a competitive short track speed skater during high school, competing in the National Games three times before an injury forced him to quit the sport.
Song Joong Ki made his acting debut in the 2008 film “A Frozen Flower” and went on to star in “A Werewolf Boy,” which became the biggest box office hit for a melodrama in Korean cinematic history. Song Joong Ki also has starred in many popular television dramas, including “Sungkyunkwan Scandal” (2010), “A Tree With Deep Roots” (2011), “The Innocent Man” (2012) and “Descendants of the Sun” (2016). He also hosted the music show “Music Bank” from 2009 to 2010 and was a cast member of the popular variety show “Running Man” from 2010 to 2011.
The talented actor also published the book Beautiful Skin Project, a health and beauty guide for men.
