Lee Kyung Young is a South Korean actor who was born in Chungju, South Korea, on December 12, 1960. He studied at Hanyang University and graduated from the Department of Drama with a major in Theater and Film. He made his acting debut in the 1983 drama series “Ordinary People,” and has since gone on to appear in scores of movie and TV series titles, including the film “The Cyclist King” (2018) and the drama series “Vagabond” (2019).

It is the winter of 1994 in South Korea and the country is shaken by an explosion on a busy river bridge named Balam Bridge, just outside Seoul. The media reports that the explosion was carried out by terrorists. But some investigators are not so sure. One journalist named Lee Bang Woo (Hwang Jung Min) starts to try to get to the bottom of this incident, unsure that is as it seems.
