Go Ara is a popular South Korean actress who is recognized by her stunning hazel eyes. Born on February 11, 1990, her name also written as Go Ah Ra. After a friend recommended that she audition for a talent agency, Go Ara won the SM Entertainment Teen Model Contest in 2003. She then made her acting debut in the 2003 television drama “Sharp #1” and has starred in many popular dramas since then, including “Snow Flower” (2006), “Reply 1994” (2013), “You're All Surrounded” (2014) and “Hwarang” (2016-2017).

Marco Han (Kang Tae Ju) is a young Korean-Filipino man who lives in the Philippines, where he looks after his infirm mother – earning a living on the side as an underground boxer. All his life, he has longed to find his father, while trying to raise the money he needs to pay for his mother’s surgery. After a violent encounter with mobsters, Marco ends up in hospital – when a lawyer who says he represents Marco’s father tells him he should travel to South Korea.

Marco agrees and boards a flight – where he meets a strange man who goes by the moniker of Nobleman (Kim Seon Ho). The latter tells Marco that he is his “friend.” This “friend” soon appears to lead Marco into a world of trouble, however. A ruthless band of gangsters begins chasing Marco, and he crosses paths with the wealthy and unscrupulous Han Yi Sa (Kim Kang Woo) and the mysterious Yoon Ju (Go Ara). Are any of these people on Marco’s side – or do they all want to see him dead?

“The Childe” is a 2023 South Korean movie that was directed by Park Hoon Jung.

Together, they are committed to the reform of Saheonbu, today's equivalent of the prosecutor's office, to uphold the justice of the times.

Miss Hammurabi is a courtroom drama about an overly sympathetic judge, Park Chao Reum (Go Ara), and the coolheaded Ba Reun (Kim Myung Soo). 

Park Chaoreum (Go Ara) is a newly appointed judge who is assigned to the 44th Civil Affairs Department at the Seoul Central District. Sung Na Jung (Go Ara) is a polished woman living in modern-day Seoul with her husband and son. But she remembers back to 1994, the year that her parents (Sung Dong Il and Lee Il Hwa) moved from the Gyeongsang Province to the big city of Seoul to operate the Shin Chon Boarding House. That year, when she was 20 years old and crazy about the college basketball star Lee Sang Min, was a turning point in her life. 

Among the other fresh transplants from the countryside living in her parents’ boarding house that year would be her future husband. There’s Trash (Jung Woo), a third-year medical student who has grown up like her older brother; Sam Cheon Po (Kim Sung Kyun), a computer engineering major who feels alienated in Seoul; Haitai (Son Ho Joon), another computer engineering major who plays video games all the time; Bing Grae (Baro), a first-year medical student; and his cousin, Chil Bong (Yoo Yeon Seok), a pitcher on the Yonsei University Baseball Team. Also boarding at the house is the dark female student with the foul mouth, Jo Yoon Jin (Min Dohee).
