Ong Seong Wu is a South Korean singer and actor. He was born in Incheon, South Korea on August 25, 1995, and took his first steps into the entertainment world in 2017 when he participated in the popular survival reality program, “Produce 101, Season 2”. Placing fifth in the competition, he made his official debut as a member of the subsequent idol group, Wanna One, that same year. Taking part in various variety programs over the years, he made his debut as an actor in the 2019 coming-of-age television drama, “Moment of Eighteen”.

Park Seok (Park Ho San) is the owner of the successful Café 2Dae coffee shop, a small but much-loved establishment with a group of loyal customers. He works alone in the coffee shop, and has not taken on any staff, even though his solo efforts are starting to take their toll on him.

One day, a young man named Kang Go Bi (Ong Seong Wu) comes to the coffee shop and samples Park Seok’s coffee. He immediately develops an earnest passion for coffee and convinces Park Seok to take him on as a part-time worker at the coffee shop. But Kang Go Bi soon proves that he really wants the older man to become his mentor and to learn how to become a proficient barista in his own right. The duo eventually forms a close bond and learns no end of life lessons from one another – while also helping bring a little warmth into the lives of their many and various customers.

This drama was based on a hit web-based cartoon series of the same name, authored by Heo Young Man.

Meanwhile, Ma Hwi Young (Shin Seung Ho), seems like the perfect gentleman. Strong and confident on the outside, Hwi Young seems like he has it all, but on the inside, he’s just a timid eighteen-year-old boy trying to find his place in the world.

Each student has their own set of struggles but when they come together, they find their lives slowly begin to change.
