Boom – real name Lee Min Ho – is a South Korean hip-hop artist, actor, and TV personality who was born on May 10, 1982, in Seoul, South Korea. He began his entertainment career in the early-to-mid 2000s, starring in the TV drama series “Rainbow Romance” in 2005, releasing the single “Boom Up” in 2006, and appearing in the 2006 movie “Over the Border.” He has since gone on to become a TV mainstay in variety shows, including “Strong Heart” (2009-2013) and “Star King” (2011-2013). More recently, he has appeared on the variety shows “Come Drive In” (2020) and “It’s Ramyeon Time” (2020).
