Taeyong is a South Korean singer and TV personality who was born on July 1, 1995, in Seoul, South Korea. He made his entertainment industry debut as a member of boyband NCT’s first subunit NCT U in 2016. Later the same year he became the leader of a second subunit named NCT 127. He made his variety TV debut in 2018, appearing as one of the regular cast members in the food-themed program “Food Diary.” In 2019, he joined the South Korean-Chinese-Thai supergroup SuperM and appeared in the show “SuperM: The Beginning” (2019).
